Terms of Exchange and Returns According to the Law of Ukraine

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", you can exchange or return a product of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If the product does not suit you in shape, size, style, color, or does not perform its intended functions, we guarantee you the right to a replacement.

Important: The product is subject to exchange or return if it:

  • has not been used and shows no signs of use;

  • has retained its original integrity, product appearance, packaging, factory tags, and seals;

  • includes all accompanying documents confirming the purchase.

We recommend that you carefully check the product at the post office. If you discover a defect or discrepancy, document it on the spot or refuse to accept the delivery.

Products Not Subject to Exchange and Return

For the purpose of safety and hygiene standards, some products, according to Ukrainian law, are not subject to exchange and return, even if they are of proper quality. These products include:

  • Corset products

  • Underwear

  • Bed linen

  • Hosiery products

  • Pajamas (as a type of underwear)

  • Perfumery and cosmetic products

Important: Products made by individual order are also not subject to exchange and return.

Exchange and Returns Procedure

The exchange or returns process is as simple and convenient as possible. To start it, you need to:

  1. Fill out the exchange/returns application. Download application form.

  2. Send the completed application to the manager via Viber/Telegram to process your request.

  3. Send the product via a postal operator to the address that the manager will provide.

  4. Inform the manager of the consignment note number.

After we receive and check the product, the exchange will be completed within 3 business days.

Refunds and Delivery Costs

We guarantee a refund to your bank card within 10 business days from the moment we receive the product. Please note that all delivery costs are paid by the buyer, except in cases where the return is due to our fault (defective product or incorrect order).
